What does this mean to me?

Because it is our mission at Living Hope to make disciples who make disciples, we focus on building you up in faith so that you become the disciple that God has called you to be and in so being, you will shine His light to the world (Matthew 28:18-20).

We define the process of discipleship in the following way:  the first step in the process is to love God, which is cultivating a personal growing faith in Jesus Christ. The second step is to grow together, which is sharing life and faith with other believers through Real Groups or be being part of a ministry team. The third step is to serve the world, which is following Jesus' example by sacrificially serving others.

OUR VALUES

1. The environment of our church is positive and enriching.

2. Prayer is foremost in all aspects of church life.

3. The face of our church is multi-faceted (multi-generational, multi-ethnic, etc.).

4. Lost people matter to God and to us.

5. We will be a blessing to our surrounding community.

6. Followers of Christ embrace a life of evident growth.

7. Each follower of Christ has been uniquely equipped to serve.

8. Spiritual growth happens in community with other believers.
